This is an amendment to the original contract, which provides professional architectural/engineering services for the Northern Nevada Cancer Institute and the Center for Molecular Medicine Research Facility CIPS projects, UNR School of Medicine, Reno Campus; SPWB Project No. 06-A013; Contract Nos. Hist 1563; Hist1611; Hist 1610 and Hist1582. In addition, the original agreement did not require BOE approval since it was originally a University CIP project funded with university funds. The project was transferred over to the SPWB Funds at the June 26, 2008 IFC. Original agreement approved 5/11/2007. This amendment increases the contract maximum amount from $6,424,902 to $6,440,222 to provide additional engineering and design services for extending a walkway and stairs to provide pedestrian access from the west side of the new lab building to the upper parking lot area. |
