This is an amendment to the original contract, which provides professional architectural/engineering services for the 36 bed child and adolescent hospital, Southern Nevada Child & Adolescent Services, West Charleston Campus, Las Vegas, NV; SPWB Project No. 09-C02a; SPWB Contract No. 4874. This amendment provides Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) selection and budget verification, including telecommunication costs and increases the maximum amount of the contract from $1,586,297 to $1,622,297. |
