This is the second amendment to the original contract for Division of Welfare and Supportive Services (DWSS) Child Care Program, which provides fiscal intermediary services associated with the Nevada Child Care and Development Fund with the contractor acting as the fiscal agent for disbursement of child care provider payments in Southern Nevada, including Clark and Nye Counties. This amendment revises consideration language by increasing the maximum amount from $84,529,563 to $88,464,920 due to increased caseload costs. |
